PSYCHED-UP
We provide fully qualified, accredited psychometric assessors for team development. We run workshops for business teams to explore the basics of psychometrics and personality type using MBTI, NEO PI (3) and other validated tools.
Using qualified assessors we apply that learning in a fun way to improve self-awareness, team-work and effectiveness.
Understanding personality type and preferences can sometimes be the key to unlocking your team's full potential. For us, it's all about getting participants 'psyched-up.'
